Return and Refund
- It is advisable that customer shall first record the unboxing video at the time of delivery
- If a customer receives damaged item then he must share with us the video and photos of outer packaging, inner packaging and photo of the damages done.
- If circumstances happen then the above steps shall be implemented and informed within 4 days of delivery.
- We kindly request that customers make their purchase decisions carefully, as we are unable to accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if a return is necessary, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping expenses.
- Buyer is liable for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
